With over 30 years of experience successfully helping countless people, whether the focus is counselling, coaching, or psychotherapy, you can trust that I bring a wealth of knowledge, skill, and expertise to our work together. (For simplicity sake I will use the term counselling. Depending on your concern, our focus may be more oriented to coaching or psychotherapy.)

Because the relationship we establish is core to what we can achieve together, I invite you to call me for a free phone consultation so we can determine if we are a good fit.

Sessions

Typically we would start by meeting 60 minutes weekly. However, the length and frequency of sessions will be tailored to your needs. Sessions are available in person, by phone or by Skype.

Fees

I believe in keeping fees reasonable and accessible and offer a sliding scale. Please contact me for details.

Groups

For almost 20 years a significant focus of my work was facilitating groups. These included: personal growth for women, parenting, daughters of holocaust survivors, communication.

I am currently starting a waiting list for “Reclaiming the Self” – a personal growth group for women.  We will use experiential and expressive approaches to explore the many facets of ourselves in this journey of empowerment and celebration.

Please call me for more information and to be placed on a waiting list for the next group.
